Items Needed

• You will need a picture ID.
  
• Medication, glasses, cash, and personal valuables need to be kept with you in a purse or carry-on.
  
• All luggage needs tags or ID tags.

• Drivers hours of service : DOT regulations state that a driver can only drive 10 hours in any 24- hour period.The drivers total duty day can NOT exceed 15 hours. On duty hours begin when the driver leaves our facility and ends when the driver returns to our facility. Questions concerning this should be addressed prior to your trip.Not adhering to these regulations is breaking the law and compromising your safety.
• Food/Drink Policy: Snacks such as chips cookies,crackers,etc,are allowed. (NO sunflower seeds,doritos,cheetos,or gum!) Drinks must be in screw top plastic bottles.(NO EXCEPTIONS!) We will gladly stop at rest areas or restaurants that are included in your approved itinerary. All other stops are for emergencies only. Food items must be stored in the baggage area in coolers, etc.
• Bus Usage at Destination: We allow limited local miles each day for shopping attractions,meetings etc. Plan your trip and itinerary accordingly. Your quote is based on miles to and from your destination and includes this limited local use. Any additional miles will be billed to you.
• Bus /Property Damage:Group is responsible for any damages to the bus /property and will be billed immediately.Failure to pay will result in legal action.
• Customer Responsibility: I understand it is my responsibility to call the office to make any changes to the charter, otherwise the trip will follow the approved itinerary on file.Your itinerary must be on file and approved 14 days prior to your trip. Please Note the driver will NOT deviate from the approved itinerary. 
• All changes in itinerary must be pre-approved by the manager not the drivers.
• No Smoking on bus per USDOT.
• Refusal to comply with these rules could result in contract termination.
